System Overview

    The NDE series of power generation evaluation system (288 points evaluation) is self-developed by Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. which is a new power plant automation systems. The system can receive the power generation plan automatically or manually from provincial dispatching Center. The power generated,voltage, AGC operating statistics, phase run statistics, primary frequency regulation statistics and the duty teams statistics is evaluated. The primary frequency regulation and AGC performance is can be tracked automatically. It has a perfect feature of SCADA. The system is suitable for medium or large thermal power plant and hydroelectric power plant, and has been put into operation in a number of power generation companies nationwide.

Main Features

²  The power generated, voltage, AGC operating statistics, phase run statistics, primary frequency regulation statistics and the duty teams statistics can be evaluated.

²  The primary frequency regulation and AGC performance can be tracked automatically.

²  SCADA and power load assessment(288 points) are Integrated.

²  Cure of pre-generating capacity and modify is generatied, and it is used for showing the results of the evaluation.

²  The system is based on B/S, all software installed in the server, the client does not need to install special software.

²  The system is based on B/S and C/S hybrid approach.General users can access the system via web, which can avoid installation.The speed of data browsing(include the curves and forms) is fast, and data can be refreshed automatically.

²  The system, which is based on commercial database systems, can keep the information up to 5 years.

²  Data in the system can be sent to SIS system.

²  Remote maintenance function made the manufacturers to serve you anytime,anywhere.You do not need to worry about it. Remote simulation debugging can see the synchronization information and on-site,the software can be modified.

Main Functional Configuration

The data,such as active power, reactive power, electric energy, voltage,time of start and stop, AGC into operation time,and load value and etc.,can be collected accurately.The evaluation rules keep with the dispatching center of province.The planed value can be downloaded and entered the system.The real or history statistical data and evaluation information can be showed via cure and table.The real evaluation cure(planed value,true value,+3%,-3% cure)included real load, real electric energy,daily evaluation,month evaluation,year evaluation and etc..

The system can calculate the actual power generation based on the frequency of collection,and the failure points the ultra-generating capacity can be caculated automatically based on “Evaluation Method of The Grid Control PowerGeneration Companies”.The system also include the calculation of AGC put into operation time,the put into time of unit, primary frequency regulation statistics, phase run statistics and etc.

The system provide a comprehensive analysis function,and the analysis according to year, quarter,month,duty time,different units.The different data features analysis: operating records statistics,planed load curve,real load curve,AGC load instruction, grid frequency,running log,unit ,AGC and action statistics of primary frequency regulation. power generation evaluation summary: daily assessment of statistical,monthly assessment of statistical,list of assessment values,value assessment statistics,AGC running statistics, phase run statistics,unit running statistics,list of interference.

3        NDE series system of automatic meter reading and bidding power computing of power plants

NDE series system of automatic meter reading and bidding power computing of power plants is developed by Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. which is a new power plant automation systems. System realize remote automated meter reading via reliable computer by RS485 or RS232 bus, gathering data collection,remote communication,data processing,data processing and system management,recording electricity consumption of different electrical equipment.The system,combining the demand for electricity market and grid requirements of the commercial operation,improves production efficiency of power plants, reduces production costs, improves the ability of bidding, and accelerates cash flow. The system is suitable for medium or large thermal power plant and hydroelectric power plant, and has been put into operation in a number of power generation companies nationwide.

This function include electric energy acquisition of line mark, electric energy acquisition of transformer unit,electric energy acquisition of plant electric consumption.

²  Bidding power calculation function

System establishes a library of comprehensive prediction method (or algorithm library) and prediction model in the areas of plant cost projections, system marginal price forecasting, units offer forecasts etc. in order to make sure that the predicted results meet to the actual situation. Calculation library, predict project library, program library, the relevant factors library, economic indicators library and other libraries of various parameters is established in the system. It can dynamically increase the required algorithms according to the power plant cost prediction analysis, and needs of quoted price decision support.System can define and configurate the algorithm parameters, the model parameters, calculation parameters, system parameters, operating indicators, business indicators,financial Indicators flexibly and dynamically,it also supports multi-user, multi-program, multi-algorithm, the choice of multi-types of market.
